Throughout my career I've seen wave after wave of new technology arrive, each promising to transform how organisations work.

Some have.

Many haven't.

The organisations that consistently succeed aren't the ones chasing every new trend. They're the ones with leaders who can think clearly, adapt confidently and build systems that help people perform at their best.

That's why my talks rarely focus on technology alone. They explore the frameworks, behaviours and leadership principles that help organisations navigate the intersection of people, systems and AI. Many of those ideas originated in my book Be The Five and continue to shape my work today.
